It was reported that at 4:08 a.m. Saturday January 14, 2008 on the 600 block of Ellet Street a woman and other neighbors heard gun shots and saw a man with a hood on running towards a running car, which he got in, and then drove off quickly. The police were called immediately by many neighbors and were on the scene within a minute. Bullet casings where discovered by the police. The neighbors were unable to get a description of the suspect or the vehicle.
